It started with one checked box.

My first trip to Europe. A lifelong dream. An idea seventeen years in the making.

The original story

In 2009, I took my first trip to Europe after wanting to go my whole life. I wanted something personal that would document the occasion, so I made achievement shirts for myself—with a simple box waiting to be checked.

When I reached each place, the box got its checkmark and the shirt became part of the photograph. The Go to Italy shirt made it to the Colosseum. Paris, London, and Oktoberfest got their moments too.

The shirt was no longer just a souvenir. It was proof of the story.

The photographs stayed with me. So did the idea: the best shirts are not just about what you like—they can celebrate what you actually did.
